Our stay at Agriturismo Il Pianetto Villa was exceptional. The breakfast was very good and the location was great. We loved the beautiful view from the hill. Although it is a 10-minute drive to the city center, getting there was not a problem at all. We found free parking near the center and had no trouble exploring Verona. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. we highly recommend this hotel for a calm and friendly stay.

I chose this hotel for a conference and it exceeded my expectations. The peaceful surroundings provided a perfect atmosphere for work and the beautiful views were a bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for reaching Verona's historic center in just a few minutes by car. The host, Anna, was extremely helpful and welcoming.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room.

I chose this hotel for attending a business conference and it provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. The room was well-maintained and the air conditioning helped me escape the summer heat. The beautiful pool area was a great spot to unwind after a long day.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room. It would have been convenient to have a space where I could work and hold meetings without disturbing other guests.

Agriturismo Il Pianetto Villa was a wonderful place to stay in Verona. the hilltop location offered a stunning view of the city and surroundings. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious, with the added bonus of a great view. the newly built swimming pool was a highlight, with comfortable beds and umbrellas, and even a charming food truck. the overall hospitality and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We were also impressed with their own olive oil and Spumante. Cons: Nothing for me 😊.

The decoration at this charming rural hotel was stunning. The vintage furniture and delicate floral accents created a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and visually appealing, making it a pleasure to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for us. There were no stairs to climb, and the wide hallways and spacious rooms made it easy to navigate with a cane or walker.
I would have preferred if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little more assistance with carrying luggage or offering a helping hand would have made my vacation even better.

I gotta say, we really got our money's worth at this place. The room was clean and cozy, and the views from the hotel were simply breathtaking. The staff treated us like family and made us feel right at home.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement. It lacked variety and didn't include as many local products as advertised.

The room we stayed in had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. We loved the direct access to the garden and the furnished patio, where we could sit and enjoy the fresh air. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice addition for some evening entertainment. The complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The free WiFi in all the rooms was a bonus for staying connected during our trip.
Although some might find it charming, we personally found the wood-beamed ceilings in the studios a bit overwhelming.

our second stay at this beautiful place in verona was even better than expected. the stunning view, amazing staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable pool made it a home away from home. we were even allowed an early check-in and packed breakfast for our early departure. highly satisfied!
Narrow, steep streets caused some stress using GPS.

the room was clean and welcoming - with lots of space for our family. the location on the hill gave us a bird's eye view of the whole city. we even found a nearby restaurant without tourists. the staff were lovely - especially the friendly receptionist.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decoration of this beautiful countryside retreat. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with comfortable seating areas where senior guests can relax and enjoy the stunning views of Verona and the countryside. The accessibility of the hotel for senior people was great, with well-maintained pathways and ramps that made it easy for me to navigate around.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had provided more information about nearby attractions or organized activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

The pool was refreshing and the AC worked well to keep us cool during our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, being close to a popular city. The breakfast was decent, with some local produce available.
The interior of the apartment was a bit run down and in need of some updating. It was also disappointing that we had to book our pool time ahead of time and that there was limited space available for our party.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
